Excellent stay, Aqua park for kids, great reef for diving and snorkeling also sandy beach with coral reefs, Food was international all kinds of food also perfect staff , the view was amazing, We really had amazing stay, unexpected ️️ many thanks, No mosquitos ! You can stay in hotel with no need for any other activities out the hotel.

Just perfect for the family!!! All the staff are kind and helpful enough and good distance with customer. Especially Ms. Vafa at reception who speaks Turkish very well and gave all information for us. We felt home there! High recommended for the family.

A very nice place to stay if you enjoy good comfort and a dedicated service

literally everything is there ! if you didn’t want to leave you wouldn’t have to. I came to assess if this was something to bring the rest of my family to and I think they will enjoy it. When I had any bathroom issues I.e low water pressure , blocked wash basin or no hot water,..it was annoying that every other day - there was an issue with the bathroom but what I was impressed with they dealt with it professionally and quickly. I liked my room - superior room. The laundry service is great and good value £5-12 for about 8pc of clothing. I don’t think I explored everywhere as the place is so big! I stayed at the heated pool and our pool near our room..it was nice. Overall if you have any issues they will fix it! Very observant staff and my 10 yr old kid felt very safe there which was a big 10/10 for me.

Staff were either extremely pleasant or extremely grumpy. Just didn’t know what you was going to get. I met some amazing staff with great stories and also great hospitality. The grumpy ones appeared as though they didn’t like working there and so they would misdirect their angst butI haven’t done a thing. many people don’t like their jobs but you don’t make customers aware of it. Food was a hit and miss … I recall the noodles and friend rice to be consistent - so if in doubt I went for that. The beef wellington was good as well as the Shepard pie- but with all that food I should definitely have had more things to like eating there. The Italian food section needs work…Simple food for kids would be an idea I.e macoroni cheese or chicken nuggets, fish fingers , mash potatoes etc would have good. You can tell some sauces are being used for another dish..ethical but then you feel like everything tastes the same. More tea options in mugs and not in cappuccino mugs would have been good but I understand the demographics there is largely Italian. Real squeezed or blended orange and pineapple juice would also have been a good addition with all the heavy meat and carb consumption at hand.

The Resort was amazing and FOOD was the best. Wafa the receptionist was amazing she explained everything about the Resort and the location.

Wonderful

Good service all around enjoyed, nice and delicious buffet, especially the cake and pastry option! Very good if you want to go diving, funny and helpful people at the Dice Center.. Will come back.

The pool table at the sports bar definitely needs to be updated..

Great location, hotel with beautiful and spatious beach.

Hotel has great beach for children with shallow water and pier for diving and corals. Food was tasty and there was extremely large variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There are too many stairs on the way to the beach. Problems when ordering taxi that sometimes they will not allow it to come to reception, remember hotel area is very large, you can walk but it will take up to 10-15 minutes to get to the front gate.

Highly recommend!!

Coral reef beach is just beautiful!!!!! We could see tropical fishes!! Especially beach and pools are all under control by guardian so felt very safe. All the staff are kind and friendly, Rooms are clean enough. Maybe buffer taste might be able to improve. But you will be never hungry. Rooms and hotel facilities are clean enough. We had are comfortable stay!!

Very nice resort, with big size rooms, lots of places to eat, and a nice walk to the beach.

Mahomood the bar manager made me feel very welcome every night. we stayed here for the second half of the holiday and this was a better hotel than the first.

the beach is very busy but that its just becuase it is a popular hotel.

Lovely hotel, fabulous snorkeling

The hotel was impeccably maintained, inlcuding the grounds which were immaculate. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent, plenty of choice of dishes. The staff were attentive and friendly. The location for those who want to snorkel is fabulous.

The music on the beach was very loud and especially when we could hear the loud music from the hotel next door as well! I would very much like to see a short appeal in every hotel room asking guests not to swim over the corals when the water is low and not to stand on them, or feed the fish and why...no one notices or reads the notice on the beach, it would be easy enough to add to the general info given.

Awesome holiday

The check-in and out was quick. The location of our room next to the swim up bar was probably the best place we could have hoped for, with a distant sea view. The house reef was great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see, and the beach entry into the sea is perfect for children and introducing them to snorkelling. It was also good because if you stay in the roped off section you are able to stand up as it's not too deep. The staff were very friendly, Romany in the English bar was lovely and very helpful, and especially Mahmoud and Hassan at the swim up bar. They were so friendly, always smiling, great with my 9 year old son and they really made our stay perfect, my son didn't want to leave because he said he would miss them, they make a great team and we were disappointed when they moved Mahmoud to another bar towards the end of our stay, it was not the same without him. There was a good choice of food, all hot and cooked well, although it was a bit repetitive it was fine for my two week stay. The house band were very good and it was great to have the ceiling fans in the piazza bar to help to keep a little cooler, the selection of coctails could maybe be bigger though. I found the room adequate and the bed comfy. The air-conditioning worked fine, the TV had enough channels to watch when chilling out. The balcony was big enough to sit on and take in the views. The safe in the room was a good size to fit my personal belongs in and the walls were nice and thick as I didn't hear anyone in the adjacent rooms, which makes a lovely change from previous hotels I've stayed in. There were always plenty of clean beach towels available. The beach does get crowded early but I found that if I went down at 12.30 then most people had gone for lunch so I could always find some sunbeds somewhere in the shade. The snack bar at the beach wasn't the greatest for snacks, just pizza, chips and burgers, but it was OK.

Brialliant and definitely recommend

Very nice stay. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming from the moment i stepped in until i left. Property is clean and there is ongoing work to improve every room which is great. It’s not the usual big hotel building rather rooms with your choice of view. I had the sea view which had a pool next to it and a small garden which was perfect. There are a lot of activities you can do if you are coming with family, couples or kids so you won’t be bored. I was impressed as most of the staff were talking Arabic, English, Italian and Russian!! So language barrier is not an issue. Pools and beaches were nice and clean. I used the pool mainly and enjoyed it. I had full board and the buffet was great all day through and keep changing the meals so people won’t have the same food daily. As full board you can have two restaurants included a la carte including Indian and middle eastern grill. There are sea food and asian/sushi at an additional cost. Overall very nice stay and would definitely come back.

They are renewing the rooms and adding wifi which was not available in my room. The staff made it clear to be honest but i took it anyway as the view was better. Same for the cafes next to the pools. I would like to see the whole resort wifi enabled. It might sounds silly as people coming to enjoy some time off but still would be good.
